Delivery Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. Horizon Research is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses that you provided. If a package is returned due to address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery, depending on the carrier and destination. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery.
Damage, Loss & Claims
What if My Package is Damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Horizon Research will:
- Review damage photos and assess severity
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
- Send a replacement product at no cost
- Provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item (optional)
What if My Package is Lost?
If your package is lost in transit, Horizon Research will:
- Investigate the loss with the carrier
- File a claim for the lost shipment
- Send a replacement order immediately
- Follow up on carrier reimbursement
Critical: Report damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, carrier claims may not be eligible. Keep original packaging when possible to support claims.
Delivery Delays & Issues

Horizon Research provides estimated delivery times based on carrier standards. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs (if applicable), or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Horizon Research is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier delays or service interruptions
- Address errors provided by customer
- Missing or incorrect delivery information
- Delays at customs or government agencies
- Refusal of delivery by recipient
What to Do if Your Package is Late
- Check the tracking information online
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact Horizon Research if the issue persists beyond estimated delivery date
- Provide tracking number and any carrier communication
