Flip-off cap
Sealed until the moment you open it.
Every vial is closed with a flip-off cap over an aluminium crimp. The cap comes away once and does not go back on, so a vial that has been opened looks opened.
Crimp and stopper
A seal that keeps air and moisture out.
Under the cap, the aluminium crimp holds a rubber stopper tight against the glass. The contents stay sealed until the stopper is pierced.
Lyophilized powder
Freeze-dried, so it keeps in storage.
