4. Ordering & Payment

Order Placement

All orders are subject to acceptance by Horizon Research. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel an order after it has been placed. Horizon Research also reserves the right to limit quantities or implement order restrictions as deemed necessary.

Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment must be received before order processing and shipment
• We accept all major payment methods (credit cards, bank transfers, etc.)
• All payments must be made by authorized account holders only
• Customer is responsible for all currency conversion fees and banking charges

Tax & Duties

Customer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and other government-imposed fees. Horizon Research will not be held responsible for duties, tariffs, or taxes assessed on delivery in your jurisdiction.

Fraud Prevention

Horizon Research employs fraud detection measures and may request additional verification before processing orders. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including order cancellation and account termination.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Coverage

Horizon Research currently ships to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time. All shipments are made in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. Delivery times vary by location but standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for additional fees. Horizon Research is not responsible for delays beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping Discretion & Security

All orders are shipped in unmarked, professional packaging designed to protect product integrity during transit. Shipments are insured and include tracking information. You will receive tracking details via email upon shipment.

Delivery Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. However, Horizon Research insures all shipments. If damage occurs during transit, contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement if applicable.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Horizon Research is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
