How long does processing take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. This is separate from shipping time. Most orders are shipped before 5 PM on the second business day. Tracking information is provided immediately upon shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor shipment status in real-time on the carrier's website. Typically, packages arrive within the estimated timeframe.

What is your return policy?

What if I receive a damaged package?

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and tracking information. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear on your account.
